Don't laugh, but this inflatable face pillow was about the comfiest thing I've ever used in Economy! You need to be in a row with a tray table (i.e. not in the Bulk Head section) and you can lean forward, stick your head in the hole, your hands in the sides and sleep!

AND the bonus is, you can also put it on the floor and it creates a nice footrest.

I got about an hour of sleep when my friend beside me loaned me hers to try, so I got them in the store, and used in my last Europe flights.

It has two valves, one is huge for quick blowing and deflating, then pop the second one in for the last few puffs. It also comes in it's own little bag.

It's a thumbs up

The inflatable body pillow worked well and was comfortable to use in flight altough it did attract a little attenetion during the inflation process, a good conversation starter for sure. I did inflate it at home first and let it air out for a couple of days before packing, which helped to get rid of the plastic smell and wasn't noticable on the plane when using it.
