Inflatable body pillow

Don't laugh, but this inflatable face pillow was about the comfiest thing I've ever used in Economy! You need to be in a row with a tray table (i.e. not in the Bulk Head section) and you can lean forward, stick your head in the hole, your hands in the sides and sleep!

I got about an hour of sleep when my friend beside me loaned me hers to try, so now I've bought a few in and will taking one on my next long haul trip!

It has two valves, one is huge for quick blowing and deflating, then pop the second one in for the last few puffs. It also comes in it's own little bag.
