All of the Travel Store's products are made with pride to the highest standard of workmanship with the finest materials available and should perform satisfactorily for many years.
In the unlikely event that a problem should arise as a result of defective materials or workmanship, Voyager Luggage and Hermes NZ will repair or replace your suitcase at their expense.
However the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or carrier damage. Any common carrier is solely responsible for the damage to your luggage and personal belongings whilst in its possession. Should you find any damage they strongly recommend you submit a claim immediately to the relevant carrier.
If you decide you do not like an item and wish to return it, we can offer you a credit for the amount of the item, less shipping costs.
Please Note:
• Warranty periods are unique to each collection so please check your swing ticket to see the warranty period relevant to your luggage.
• Register your new luggage with Voyager within 30 days of purchase and they will automatically extend your factory warranty by 24 months.
• Please retain the packing slip, retailer details, and your purchase receipt in the unlikely event you do need to submit a claim.
• The right to repair or replace any faulty or damaged product is at the sole discretion of Voyager and other suppliers.
