Warranty and Returns
We understand that buying online is difficult when you can't touch and see the product.
If your items arrive damaged or are not fit for purpose, we will exchange or refund them. Please email us and let us know what the problem is first.
If you buy clothing or items that don't fit or look different to what you imagined, we will happily exchange them for another size or colour. If however, you have simply changed your mind we can't provide a refund, but in most cases are happy to issue a store credit when the items are returned as new.

How can I register my luggage for the warranty?
If you buy Lojel luggage, visit Lojel.com/register and fill in your details. Your proof of purchase is your order confirmation email.
If you buy Voyager luggage visit voyagerluggage.com/warranty-registration and if you register your luggage within 30 days of purchase your factory warranty will be extended by 24 months.All our luggage is built with pride to the highest standard of workmanship with the finest materials available and should perform satisfactorily for many years.
In the unlikely event that a problem should arise as a result of defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace your product at our expense.
However the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or carrier damage. Any common carrier is solely responsible for the damage to your luggage and personal belongings whilst in its possession. Should you find any damage they strongly recommend you submit a claim immediately to the relevant carrier.
Tip: file your claim with the airline in question BEFORE you leave the airport.
- Warranty periods are unique to each collection so please check your swing ticket to see the warranty period relevant to your luggage.
- Register your new luggage with Voyager within 30 days of purchase and they will automatically extend your factory warranty by 24 months.
- Please retain the swing ticket, retailer details, and your purchase confirmation from the Travel Store in the unlikely event you do need to submit a claim.
- The right to repair or replace any faulty or damaged product is at the sole discretion of Voyager and Hermes.
