Warranty and Returns


We understand that buying online is difficult when you can't touch and see the product.

If you are not satisfied with your luggage or travel accessories, we are happy for you to return them in unused condition within 30 days for a credit in our store.

Email info@bloggeratlarge.com for the return shipping address and we will gladly help resolve any issues.

Warranty Statement

Voyager is committed to developing products that live up to the expectations of our customers and we stand behind the quality and performance of all our products.

Voyager products are built with pride to the highest standard of workmanship with the finest materials available and should perform satisfactorily for many years.

In the unlikely event that a problem should arise as a result of defective materials or workmanship, Voyager will repair or replace your product at their expense.

However the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or carrier damage. Any common carrier is solely responsible for the damage to your luggage and personal belongings whilst in its possession. Should you find any damage they strongly recommend you submit a claim immediately to the relevant carrier.

Please Note:

  • Warranty periods are unique to each collection so please check your swing ticket to see the warranty period relevant to your luggage.
  • Register your new luggage with Voyager within 30 days of purchase and they will automatically extend your factory warranty by 24 months.
  • Please retain the swing ticket, retailer details, and your purchase receipt in the unlikely event you do need to submit a claim.
  • The right to repair or replace any faulty or damaged product is at the sole discretion of Voyager.
