Book: 20 Seconds to Fearless

As a little side line, I wrote a book! Well more of a booklet. You could read it in half an hour. It's called 20 Seconds to Fearless and is filled with quick and easy to follow tips and anecdotes about how to step into your best life, by making incremental 20-second decisions.

I was a shy kid, bullied in primary school, and spent my life trying to make brave choices. I learned that you have 20 seconds to make a brave decision. So whether it's you or your child, who struggles with self-esteem and shyness, I really hope this little book will help.
