Also a nice little deterrent from potential thieves as your bag is wrapped snugly making it less attractive to steal from.

Just put it on like a jersey and velcro or zip the underside like a onesie. Handles are accessible through a top slit and on the right side only.

Tip: raise the handle first as you put it on to hold it in place as it needs stretching and likes to jump off!
